We are not responsible for any campaign outcomes or third-party account restrictions, bans, or suspensions.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

• All services require advance payment in full, prior to commencement
• Payments are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing
• Invoices are payable within 3 calendar days. Late payments may incur 0.1% daily interest

5. Third-Party Contractors

We may subcontract or delegate services to freelancers or third parties. We remain fully responsible for ensuring service quality.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all materials you provide ("Client Content")
• You grant us a license to use Client Content to deliver services
• You confirm that Client Content is lawful and indemnify us from related claims
